About This Site
My name is Jason and I'm from Toronto, Canada. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from York University in 1998.
In June 1999, I began designing this site as a way to access my bookmarks from a friend's computer. Thus began...
My philosophy is simple. This site will not have any paid advertising, cheesy banners, pop-ups, or other gimmicks, nor will I link to any that do (with a few exceptions). You'll see only content written and designed by me. I'm not doing this for money, but to learn something new (and it looks good on a Resume too!)
...and the web hasn't been the same since!
Looking for a Job? You've come to the right place! I've collected dozens of links for job hunting, career advice, resume writing, and more. Sports fanatic? No problem. Have a few minutes to spare? Read the news or listen to music from my Media page. Are you politically active? Visit my Politics page, where you'll find links to media analysis and commentary, current issues, and resources to study. Want to learn more about Israel and my Birthright trip?
There are also Pictures of my friends and I, and my travels. My goal is to keep you and your browser busy. Enjoy!

It's hard to believe, but after a little hard work, I created a site that not only accomplished my goals, but surpassed them. By providing a concise, easy-to-read format, complete with working links (!), I offered a service that didn't overwhelm my Visitors. Nothing fancy, just the basics and a little TLC.
So what's next? After completing courses at George Brown College and Seneca College, I'm eager to reformat this site to be more Accessible, XHTML-compliant and Table-less. Currently, I'm working on several new projects to help build a Portfolio, but I hope you'll keep coming back.
